Welding flux(SJ501) Description:
SJ501is a kind of aluminum-titanium sintered flux, and its alkalinity is about 0.5 to 0.8,
mesh 10-40(that is -l.7-0.38mm). Either alternating or direct current can be used. It is easy to
deslag and the deposited metal has a fine property of rust resistance, and the welding bead is
smooth while the welding performance is excellent.
Welding flux(SJ501) Usage:
When applied with different welding wires such as H08A, H08MnA, H08MnMo and
H-l0MnSi, SJ501 can weld low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel and steel used for pressure vessels.
And it is fit for fast welding of thin steel sheet like gas cylinders and membrane water-cooled
wall in boiler factory.

Welding flux(SJ501) Cautions:
The oil soil, moisture, iron rust and other foreign substances must be removed from the welding joint.The welding flux must be baked under 300-350ºC for 2 hours before application.
